The garden is blossoming

This was a full week. The class garden lessons were great today-Keep you eyes open and be aware of free seed sources for the garden. The "About Me" presentations were great. The school year is getting into a routine and everyone is working hard. Special thanks to all of the staff and students.
Many handouts were sent home with students today. Enjoy the three day weekend. KH

School Begins

School started on August 26, as scheduled, despite the French Fire that ran through town and the canyon during the prior weeks. People have been very generous and giving to the school. The students are working hard and doing a great job. We're looking forward to a great year. Soon, we will have an after school extended learning day program, new computers, another staff member, and much more to go with our current and excellent staff, our new curricula, and the wonderful kids that go to FGWS (http://fgws.org).
